"Your Lifestyle Has Already Been Designed"IMG_4675 could also have been entitled "Why we buy unnecessary fluff instead of take walks in parks."  This eye opener of an article isn't to be enjoyed, so as much as it is a call to action to design healthier happier days.

Even though I have never have had a typical 9-5, 35 years in workaholic Washington hasn't left me unscathed. I too am guilty of its said side effects: choosing off-duty mindlessness over quality time with myself and loved ones.
