Finally, some gut-wrenching humor on organizing

Whether or not you’ve read The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up, you must read The Toast’s article How to Get Rid of Clutter and Live Abundantly - clearly in light of Kondo’s international best seller.  I love Marie Kondo just as much as they next convert to folding tank tops into itty bitty origami, but this shameless response is hilarious, and necessary!  A sampling:

“Throw away everything in your dirty laundry hamper.  If a piece of clothing really mattered to you, you wouldn’t let it get dirty."

“How many of the spices lining your pantry have you ever actually used?  ‘Most of them?’ Get rid of them.  Every one. If you’re not using a spice right now, it’s not important."

Many more laughs available at How to Get Rid of Clutter and Live Abundantly.
