How I used Evernote this week to train to do pull-ups

If I didn’t have Evernote and still read paper magazines (as versus digital magazines on my iPad with the Texture app), I would have torn out this article on training to do pull-ups and it would have swiftly found it’s way into a pile. I would forever aspire to be able to do 5 pull-ups in 30 days, wondering where that darn article went. Thankfully, I take screenshots of articles and save them into their respective notebooks in Evernote. This 30-day pull-up program from Oxygen magazine was acted on within days of reading it. With my iPhone, I could view the article where I needed it the most - the gym.

In addition to just keeping the article, I started making notes above the article, documenting my pull-up workout days. View my note here. It lives in my “Health/Wellness/Workouts” notebook.
