Podcast Spotlight: Presidential

The podcast that has my attention these days is Presidential.  Considering I’m a native Washingtonian who was brought to tears by American history (both by grades and boredom), Presidential is a godsend for me.  The political literacy of many of my clients is staggering.  It’s hilarious the lengths I go to to avoid political chit-chat, but 14 episodes in, it’s already come in handy whilst chit-chatting over the recycling bin. Charming host Lillian Cunningham features one president per week leading up to the November election.  With entertaining interviews with Pulitzer Prize-winning historians who answer questions such as “What would it be like to be on a blind date with George Washington?,” Presidential has me finally feeling deserving of the title “Washingtonian.”
