organisedmindI read the cliffs notes version here in this Time Magazine article and had quite a few a-ha moments just from the article.

I absolutely agree with what Daniel Levitin teaches about creating separate work spaces for different tasks.

Using the same computer screen for balancing the checkbook, responding to emails, watching cat videos and more apparently does a number on our hippocampus.
