Cluttered up with needless commitments?

This summer I thoroughly enjoyed reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. I actually don’t read nearly as many productivity books as you’d might expect. This was a fast read full of wisdom. Here’s a quote from James Clear that has echoed in my head ever since I read it for the first time.

"Needless commitments are more wasteful than needless possessions. Possessions can be ignored, but commitments are a recurring debt that must be paid for with your time and attention."
