Many of my clients have a shelf or more of old notebooks. They range from barely filled to completely filled. These can date back many years and take up a lot of space. Just knowing they're there can subconsciously weigh us down. A lot of us are keeping them for too long, never taking the time to review their contents to see if any of it is worth keeping.

It's hard to believe that I've been posting organizing videos since 2012! I recently passed the 8000 subscribers mark on my YouTube channel! In celebration, I gathered my 10 most popular YouTube videos.

I know a few minimalists, and I am decidedly not one - compared to them at least. Compared to the average American though - I am certainly one. Even I have too much of some things. I like stuff too.
